How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website or call us at 0370 7802929.

Customer Support Hours:

Monday – Saturday | 10 AM – 8 PM


How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 4 PM (Mon–Sat) are usually dispatched within 1 working day.
If an item is out of stock, it may take 2–3 days to dispatch.
Delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.


How is my order delivered?

We deliver via CallCourier, Swyft, or Leopards Courier between 8 AM – 5 PM.


Can I ship to a different address?

Yes, simply enter a different delivery address during checkout.


What payment methods do you accept?

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Online Payment (Visa/MasterCard)


What if I miss the delivery?

The courier will try to deliver and may contact you via SMS.
If the parcel is returned, call us at 0370 7802929 to arrange redelivery (charges may apply).
Please report missed deliveries within 1 working day.


What are the delivery charges?

  • PKR 200 on orders below Rs. 3,000

  • Free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000


Can I get a Saturday delivery?

Yes, Saturday deliveries are available.


Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive tracking info via email.
You can also call 0370 7802929 for your tracking ID.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, but only before dispatch.
Call us at 0370 7802929 to request changes or cancellations.
We cannot make changes once the order is shipped.
