Returns
You may return your purchased item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it meets the conditions outlined below. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after this period.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return. If the product is damaged, photographic or other evidence may be requested.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will offer a full refund or an exchange, depending on your preference.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund—whether approved or denied.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically and credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale items cannot be refunded, but they may be exchanged for a replacement.
